CM Group — a family of marketing technology companies including Campaign Monitor, Delivra, Emma, Liveclicker and Sailthru — today announced the appointments of Tom Janofsky to chief technology officer (CTO) and Mike Vantusko to chief financial officer (CFO). Janofsky and Vantusko will serve on the company’s executive leadership team and oversee all five brands.
Prior to joining CM Group, Janofsky spent more than 20 years building technology products and teams at startups and fast-growing companies. He most recently served as the executive vice president of engineering at recently acquired Sailthru, where he was responsible for the engineering, product, technical support and data science teams. In this role, Janofsky led his teams to consistently deliver on key product roadmap destinations and customer requests, leading to significant gains in the company’s net promoter score (NPS). He has also held roles at Blackfynn and Monetate.

Before joining CM Group, Vantusko spent 35 years building his financial, strategic and operational expertise at both public and private companies. He most recently served as the CFO of Achieve3000, where he played a vital role in implementing the company’s strategic plan. He has also held CFO positions for private equity sponsored companies at MRI Software and Rakuten/OverDrive.
