With nearly 30 years of financial leadership in the tech industry around the globe, Carolyn has deep expertise supporting multiple SaaS and hardware companies all at different levels of maturity where she has served in numerous functions and leadership roles, as well as led teams through multi-billion-dollar acquisition integration and divestiture. Most recently, Carolyn served as CFO and VP of Operations at Boomi, a software enterprise specializing in integration platform as a service where she led the company toward break-even cash flow prior to the company’s $4B divestiture from Dell in 2021. Prior to Boomi, she spent a considerable portion of her career at Dell Technologies in various financial leadership roles in operations, audit and sales divisions. Carolyn holds a Masters of Science in international business and an MBA with a finance concentration from University of Miami.
