David Fox joined Marigold in November 2019. During his tenure, he has effectively scaled the customer teams to deliver a consistently differentiated customer experience. His responsibilities span across the Customer Success, Account Management, Technical Services, and Professional Services across all of the Marigold brands. Prior to joining Marigold, Fox was the SVP of Client Services at Experian Health, where he worked for over 20 years and held various leadership roles in the customer organization. At Experian Health, he developed a passion for delivering a memorable customer experience with an approach focused on customer listening first and empowering employees to act. Prior to Experian Health, David led Services and Support at First Data Corporation. He is a veteran of the United States Air Force.
