Prior to Marigold, as an Operating Executive of Vector Capital he played a key leadership role at Corel, serving as COO and later as Interim President, where he was instrumental in driving growth, operational efficiencies, and profitability—delivering significant returns to Vector Capital through Corel’s successful exit to KKR. His experience spans global technology and software businesses, where he has consistently delivered measurable results through innovation and strategic execution.
Prasannaa holds an MS in Electrical Engineering from North Carolina A&T State University and a BE from SASTRA University, India
