
Lisa brings more than 30 years of leadership experience scaling and transforming global technology and software companies. As an operational CFO, she has partnered closely with boards, founders, and executive teams to drive profitable growth, strengthen customer retention, and build the operational foundations for long-term scale.
Throughout her career at companies including Blackboard, MicroStrategy, INAP, and EverFi, Lisa has led organizations through periods of rapid growth and change—aligning strategy, technology, and teams to create durable value. Her deep understanding of finance, operations, and technology enables her to lead with operational discipline and strategic vision, driving consistent execution and long-term value creation.
Lisa has an MBA from Georgetown University and a BA in Economics and International Relations from American University. She is also a licensed CPA. Lisa sits on the advisory board of STEM for Her, a non-profit focused on encouraging girls to pursue careers in STEM as well as the Georgetown University MBA Advisory Council.


Richard is a seasoned legal executive with over 25 years of experience in corporate law, compliance, and risk management. He currently serves as the Chief Legal Officer and head of HR at Marigold, overseeing the company’s legal, compliance, and risk management functions, providing strategic counsel to the board of directors and senior leadership on corporate governance, deal structuring, and compliance matters. Prior to Marigold, Rich held a similar role at Edgio, Inc., a leading provider of media and security applications. Rich has also held significant leadership positions in the technology sector. From 2016 to 2022, he served as Executive Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary at Internap Holding LLC, a high-performance internet infrastructure company. During his tenure, he managed all legal, compliance, and risk management matters, including leading the transition to private ownership and completing multiple asset sales and purchases.
Rich holds a Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University School of Law, magna cum laude, a Master of Business Administration from Fairleigh Dickinson University, and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Providence College, cum laude.


Thurman serves as Chief Revenue Officer for Marigold and leads Global Sales, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, and Marketing where go-to-market strategies drive pipeline and revenue growth, delivers exceptional client experience, and builds customer satisfaction and loyalty. Prior to this role, Thurman led Global Enterprise Professional Services, Production Services, Customer Support and Revenue Operations for Marigold Enterprise. He played a pivotal role in linking company strategy to operational execution driving cross-functional alignment and productivity, including overseeing key global transformation efforts to maximize efficiency, global standardization, and customer satisfaction. Prior to Marigold, Thurman held a variety of go-to-market operational and financial leadership positions, most recently as SVP of GTM Operations at Sierra Wireless. Thurman worked at Micro Focus Software and Intralinks among others in the software space where he leveraged a financial foundation and expertise gained early in his career as an auditor and CPA at Arthur Andersen to consistently lead impactful global operational transformation for go-to-market initiatives.
Thurman holds a dual degree from The University of Texas at Austin, receiving his Masters of Professional Accounting degree and Bachelors of Business Administration. He has also completed the Harvard Business School executive education Program for Leadership Development.


Marc oversees the company’s information technology strategy, ensuring that Marigold’s technological infrastructure supports its mission to enhance customer relationships. Throughout his career, Marc held significant leadership positions in the technology sector. He served as the SVP, Global Infrastructure and Delivery, at Campaign Monitor, which is now part of Marigold, where he was responsible for driving the company’s IT vision and managing its technological resources. His strategic leadership was instrumental in aligning IT initiatives with business objectives, leading to improved operational efficiency and innovation.

Elizabeth Smalley is the Chief Product Officer at Marigold, where she leads global product strategy and innovation across the company’s commercial business and Data & AI platforms. With over a decade of experience at the intersection of artificial intelligence, data strategy, and product leadership, she has built and scaled transformative technologies across healthcare, life sciences, logistics, consumer products, and enterprise SaaS.
Before joining Marigold, she held senior product leadership roles at TriNetX, ArisGlobal, Teladoc Health, and Shutterfly, where she launched FDA-approved AI tools for clinical use, led real-world data innovations in life sciences, developed 0-to-1 products for B2C markets, and applied machine learning to optimize global logistics and manufacturing.


Joe is an accomplished business leader with a proven record of driving organizational alignment, operational excellence, and strategic growth across technology, healthcare and customer-centric industries. With more than a decade of experience spanning strategy, performance, and operations, Joe brings both analytical depth and human-centered leadership to every role he takes on.
Currently serving as Senior Vice President, Operations at Marigold, Joe plays a key role in shaping business architecture and ensuring strategic cohesion across commercial functions. Before joining Marigold, Joe held multiple leadership roles at Ankura, including Senior Director of Strategy & Performance, where he partnered with Fortune 500 companies and emerging established healthcare organizations to accelerate growth and implement scalable performance strategies. His earlier experience with Ascension Care Management and MissionPoint Health Partners refined his ability to guide transformation, implement Agile processes, and deliver measurable improvements in both quality and efficiency.
He holds a Master’s in Leadership and Organizational Performance from Vanderbilt University and a Bachelor’s in United States History from The University of the South (Sewanee).


Sathya Jayaraman is a seasoned technology and operations executive with over two decades of experience leading global product engineering, SaaS operations, and digital transformation initiatives. Sathya holds Master’s Degree in Software Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani drives strategic partnerships, with a focus on expanding Marigold’s product ecosystem across Campaign Monitor and EMMA. His leadership is centered on operational excellence, innovation enablement, and fostering collaboration between technology and business functions to accelerate growth.
Prior to joining Marigold, Sathya spent five years at Alludo (formerly Corel Corporation), where he served as Vice President of Engineering. There, he spearheaded development efforts for flagship products including MindManager and WinZip, modernizing their architectures for scalability, security, and cloud-based productivity. He also led major initiatives under Parallels, WinZip, and MindManager, building next-generation platforms for secure file management, visualization, and enterprise productivity. Before his tenure at Alludo, Sathya held key leadership roles at Verizon Data Services, where he led strategic business, technology, and talent transformation programs for Verizon Enterprise Solutions IT teams in India.
