For their Dutch brand Greetz's 20th birthday celebration, they introduced a scratch-off offer customers could reveal with a mouse or thumb, depending on their device. For their most valuable customers, Plus loyalty subscription members, Moonpig used LiveVideo to give an exclusive preview of their Christmas TV campaign — without leaving the email.

Next, they plan to use LiveImage technology to personalize reminder emails with recipients’ names directly on greeting card images, making each card feel custom from the first glance. They're also deploying LiveTimer across lifecycle communications and abandoned basket emails to create urgency, counting down to their 9:00 pm shipping cutoff.
