Amir Ravandoust joined Marigold as CFO in 2023 to continue driving transformation and accelerating the company’s growth under the unified Marigold brand. Since 2022, Amir has worked closely with the Marigold executive team, bringing his diverse expertise to various strategy, operational and transformation initiatives.
Prior to Marigold, Amir has served in interim C-suite roles at multiple private equity-backed companies, including Aspect Software and MarkLogic. Additionally, Amir is currently a member of the operating team at Insight Partners and previously served as a Principal at Vector Capital, a tech-focused PE firm based in San Francisco.
Amir earned an MS in Management Science, a BS in Management Science and Engineering, and a BA in International Relations from Stanford University.
